Saints Adrian and Natalia were early Christian martyrs of Nicomedia, venerated for their steadfast faith during the persecutions under Emperor Maximian. Saint Adrian, a Roman officer, was moved by the courage of the Christians he witnessed and openly confessed Christ, while Saint Natalia, his wife, supported and encouraged him in his final witness, remaining faithful after his martyrdom.
