Incredible sour yogurt trahana! Perfectly tangy, deeply comforting, and clearly homemade. You can taste the quality of the goat milk and the care that goes into preparing it the traditional way. Very wholesome and nourishing. I will be buying all my trahanaand cheeses from the nuns from now on.
