Ingredients

Zucchini,  evaporated cane juice, eggs, vegetable oil, rice flour, dehydrated fruits, walnuts, potato starch, tapioca starch, bean or soy flour, sodium bicarbonate, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, mustard flour, salt, spices. 

Storage & Weight
  • Store in an airtight container at cool temperature or keep refrigerated, as all homemade cakes they must be consumed within a few days after purchase. 
  • For longer conservation the cake can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
