This deliciously soft, gently sweet yeast bread is similar to brioche, yet distinguished by its unique and aromatic flavors of fresh orange zest and mastic resin. Each loaf is handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods, giving it its rich texture and authentic character.
Wonderful when enjoyed fresh on its own, toasted with butter, or transformed into indulgent French toast.
