What’s perfect? A little bit bigger than I thought but still good?
Mother of God, Glykophilousa, Sweet Kissing detail, high quality Byzantine icon print from Greece, mounted and laminated on a rectangular straight-edge HDF plaque, with a keyhole in the back for wall hanging. The sides and the back of the icon are painted Byzantine red. On the 9.75" X 13.5" size only, a resistant epoxy varnish with a beautiful crystal finish is applied.
Please note that some traditional inscriptions or scroll texts appearing within the icon image may remain in the original language of the icon prototype (such as Greek or Slavonic).
I did not expect the connection I feel toward this beautiful Icon.
