Saint Charalambos the Hieromartyr of Magnesia, was a priest and martyr of Magnesia in Asia Minor who suffered for Christ during the persecutions under Emperor Septimius Severus in the 2nd century. Renowned for his unwavering faith, miracles, and endurance through severe tortures, he became a powerful witness to Christ and is especially invoked for protection from illness and epidemics.
Half-bust high-quality Byzantine icon print, mounted and laminated on an HDF plaque, with a keyhole in the back for wall hanging.
Wood trim is painted Byzantine red. Icons with a gold gilded background are finished with a durable epoxy varnish that gives a beautiful crystal-like finish.
