Typically Slavic icons lean more realistic, however these "Russian style" icons offered here are very much in the Byzantine tradition but with a slightly different look that I appreciate. I don't if they can be considered "Russian", but I like the style more than the Greek, even if they are very similar. This is my 3rd Russian icon from the sisters and their work is great, speedy, and their communication is superb.
