The life and martyrdom of St. George the Great Martyr and Trophy-bearer, depicted on a high quality Byzantine orthodox icon print from Greece, mounted and laminated on a rectangular straight-edge HDF plaque, with a keyhole in the back for wall hanging. The sides and the back of the icon are painted Byzantine red. He is commemorated on April 23 or on Bright Monday, the day after Pascha, if April 23 falls before the celebration of Pascha (Easter).
