Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable ghee, eggs, goat milk,  baking powder, ammonium carbonate, vanillin. 

Storage & Weight
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature, as all homemade cookies they must be consumed within a few weeks after purchase. 
  • For longer conservation koulourakia can also be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
