PLEASE NOTE : To ensure freshness and prolong preservation, avoid contaminating the brine by using clean utensils only.
Made from whole pasteurized goat milk, this semi-firm white cheese has a moist and crumbly texture. Its flavor is mild and salty, with subtle buttery and almond notes.

Perfect for topping pizza, adding to pasta dishes, omelets, cheese pies, or fresh salads and especially tomato salad. Pairs well with light white wines or a sparkling rosé.
My husband is picky but this feta really conquered his taste buds.
