Our yogourt trahana, also known as sour trahana, is made by the sisters with whole goat milk, goat and sheep yogourt kneaded with a durum semolina flour. It can be cooked as a soup on its own or with your choice of protein. |
Notre trahana au yogourt, connu aussi comme trahana sûr, est fabriqué par les soeurs avec du lait entier de chèvre et du yogourt de chèvre et ou de brebis pétri dans un mélange avec de la semoule de blé. Le trahana peut être préparé dans une soupe seul ou avec votre choix de protéine.

Incredible sour yogurt trahana! Perfectly tangy, deeply comforting, and clearly homemade. You can taste the quality of the goat milk and the care that goes into preparing it the traditional way. Very wholesome and nourishing. I will be buying all my trahanaand cheeses from the nuns from now on.
