Preparation & Recipes
  • How to Cook: For best results, use in soups and stews. Simmer in broth until the pasta has absorbed almost all the liquid, resulting in a rich, hearty consistency. Add dehydrated vegetables or your choice of protein. For 4-6 servings, 1 cup (200 g) of trahana to 2 liters of broth or water.

  • Simple Recipe: Classic Vegetable Trahana Soup – Sauté onions and garlic, add your choice of broth, and stir in 1/2 cup of Trahana per 2 cups of liquid. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until creamy and tender.
