St. John's wort herbal tea hand picked at the monastery. All our herbs are naturally grown at the monastery without fertilizers or pesticides. Once opened, transfer the contents of the package in an airtight glass container. Keep in a cool and dark place.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water on 1 teaspoon of herbs and cover for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!  | 

Tisane de millepertuis cueillie à la main au monastère. Les fleurs et herbes sont cultivées au monastère sans l'usage de pesticides et d'engrais. Une fois ouvert, transférez les contenants du paquet dans un bocal en verre. Conservez dans un endroit frais et sec.

Faire infuser 1 c.à thé de tisane dans une tasse d'eau bouillante. Laissez la tasse couverte pendant 5 minutes. Passer par un tamis et servir!
