Made from whole pasteurized goat milk, this fresh, unripened cheese is available plain or seasoned with herbs. It is a creamy, white, ball-shaped cheese preserved in grape seed oil. The flavor is lightly caprine and delightful. Use the oil for salads and dressings after enjoying the cheese.

Chives: Delicately flavored with fresh chives for a subtle onion note.
Pepper & Onion: A savory blend of red bell peppers and sweet onion, slightly spicy.

I ordered chives, pepper & onion, provencal herbs and mint. They're all very tasty. Generous amount of herbs and spices. Very good packaging also. Delivery is fast. Very well done! Highly recommended for your own consumption or as gift to someone else.
