Haskap berries (or Nothern blue honeysuckle), also known as the "berry of long life" jam homemade by the sisters with the fruit from the monastery's orchard, sweetened with local honey and evaporated cane juice.
The haskap offers a distinctive tart-sweet flavor rich in antioxidants. Our jam celebrates its natural goodness with simple, wholesome ingredients.

Made in the monastery kitchen that also processes nuts, soy, dairy and other allergens. Although every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, trace amounts may be present.
