Ingredients: Wheat semolina, wheat flour, eggplants, tomatoes, red peppers, pumpkin, carrots, onions, salt.
Cooking instructions for 1 serving: Boil 1 cup of water, add tomato juice, salt and oil. Once water has boiled, add pasta. Let cook thoroughly. Add water if needed. You may use broth instead of water, you may also add cubed vegetables or any other type of protein of your choice. Serve warm.
